We operate an onsite laboratory centre to carry out Geoenvironmental testing.

Sample Preparation

Preparation is a critical part of the sampling process. If you do not correctly identify and provide a representative sample of the whole matrix, then the results would not be truly reflective of the material.

Crushing

Understanding that the testing laboratory will only screen out less than 425um portion for testing, ourĀ attention should be focussed on understanding this portion during the preparation process and ensure all the various sizes of the matrix are crushed to less than 425um prior to submission.

Correct Sample Containers

Ensuring thatĀ all material going for sampling are sent in the correct container or bottle in accordance with BS EN 14899:2005

Correct identification and sampling will provide consistent results from the sampling process.
